Dulotec Guardian is a compact, but extremely powerful and long-range flashlight (1800 lumens/700 meters), designed based on the experience of working with law enforcement officers. It seamlessly covers the needs of both urban and non-urban patrols, and is suitable for stopping cars or checking documents. Also tested as an underbarrel flashlight, the Guardian handles calibers up to 7.62 mm without issue - on combat or hunting weapons. The flashlight body is only 25mm, making it suitable for most existing weapon mounts. The flashlight comes complete with a reinforced holster that can be attached to a belt or a MOLLE tactical vest.
Management is maximally simplified by working with two buttons - one switches on and the other switches modes. There is a choice whether the flashlight always starts from the strongest mode (default) or remembers which mode it was turned off and starts from it. This makes it suitable for both professional work and general use in hunting, fishing, hiking or even as a gift.
The Dulotec Guardian is standard equipped with a 21700 battery with a capacity of 5200 mAh, which allows it to run about 1.5 times longer than the mainstream 18650 used in tactical flashlights. A fast magnetic charging cable is also provided to charge this large battery, which works with any phone charger or external USB battery – whether at home or in the car. To charge properly, the flashlight must first be turned on from the back button and then the magnetic cable attached. The flashlight goes out and the key starts flashing to show it's charging.
Special attention has been paid to the design of the flashlight clip - thick enough to clip onto a uniform, tactical vest or hiking garment or backpack. The clip locks with the back cap to prevent the clip from opening during active activities, while at the same time it can be easily removed after unscrewing the cap.
The standard flashlight grip is tactical, which is aided by both the clip and specially designed protrusions in the back cap – to avoid over-squeezing, as well as for comfortable gloved operation. It also allows for a casual grip where the thumb lands naturally on the front button. In this case, in addition to the easy change of modes, it is intended to be able to be turned off by the front key by holding. In this case, the key light will remain on to indicate that the system is powered and the flashlight is not turned off by the back button. This can also be used to find the flashlight in the dark.
Dulotec Guardian has multiple protections. First of all, the front switch shows the battery status by light, and even if you don't charge it, despite the red signal, the flashlight will turn itself off when it runs out, because the battery overdischarge protection will work. The built-in charger also has battery overcharge protection. The lantern has IP66 water and dust protection – suitable for all weather conditions, but not for submersion and swimming. It also has reverse battery protection. Last but not least, the flashlight has overheat protection - during use it gets hot so that it can shine at maximum power for its volume, but never so hot that it burns you or damages you - when it reaches a certain temperature, the overheat protection gradually reduce the light until the lantern cools and then increase it again.
