8Cr13MoV - Stainless steel:

It is a medium grade stainless steel that is hardened to 57-58HRC and is especially suitable for everyday knives. It sharpens easily and sharply, maintains a longer cut due to the carbon content (0.8%). Also included are chromium and molybdenum to aid in corrosion (rust) resistance, as well as chromium and vanadium to increase wear resistance. Liner Lock

One of the most common locking mechanisms found in folding knives. Its main component is a side spring located on the inside of the handle. When the blade is closed, the spring is held under tension. When fully open, this tension slides the spring inward, holding it firmly in place and preventing it from closing. To release the lock, you must use your thumb to push the spring "aside" so that it releases contact with the blade, allowing you to fold it back into the handle. With the liner lock, you can close the knife with one hand without changing the grip, ideal when you need both hands on the job.
