The Smith & Wesson SWSA10 features a 3.5" 8Cr13MoV spring assisted gray titanium nitride coated drop point blade and stainless steel handles. 8Cr13MoV is a high-quality stainless steel similar in properties to AUS-8. This steel exhibits extreme toughness and excellent edge retaining capabilities. The stainless steel handles have textured glass filled nylon slab inserts on either side for added grip. The blade springs open with a slight push of the dual thumb studs. The thumb studs are ambidextrous but there is only one set of holes drilled for the tip-down pocket clip so it cannot be reversed. The SWSA10 is a great value for a fast opening assisted knife from Smith & Wesson.
