The Continental 1-6x24 is a LPVO model with variable magnification, designed for tactical shooting and dynamic disciplines such as 3-Gun. The construction with a 30 mm 6061-T6 aluminum alloy tube provides mechanical resistance and a wide range of corrections. True 1x magnification allows shooting with both eyes open and good situational awareness, and magnification up to 6x assists in aiming at longer distances. The optical system uses Schott HT glass, LaREE lenses and VePRO multilayer coating with about 90% light transmission for a clear image.
The scope features an engraved BDC scale VET-BTR in the second focal plane, optimized for calibers .223 and .308, with 6 levels of illumination. The mechanical system offers 1/10 MIL click and a total correction range of 45 MIL. Zero Stop and toggle lock functions are available for control over settings. Parallax is fixed at 100 yards, and the construction is IP67 rated and nitrogen-filled to prevent fogging.
