The company was founded in Bologna in 1988 by Ennio Matarelli and is based in Bologna, Italy. The idea was to create a machine that would be easy to install and maintain. The first few machines were well received, and a satisfactory market response followed. Today, a complete range of products for Olympic disciplines, sport, American trap, and multi-target shooting is available. Machines from the Olympic line were installed in Atlanta and Sydney at the Olympic Games, achieving great success.
The Mattarelli machines for tergets can be controlled from a distance by means of a transmitter and a remote control. The remote is compatible with all models manufactured by the Italian company Ennio Mattarelli. The device can control up to eight machines. To use a remote control, you will also need a receiver, which is sold separately.
