ATA TURQUA PT (Practical Tactical) carbines are new models of rifles from the TURQUA line of the Turkish gun manufacturer ATA, designed for tactical/sport shooting at medium and long distances. They have all the advantages of the previous TURQUA II carbine models, but are enhanced with more massive, floating varmint barrels and ergonomic laminate or Turkish walnut stocks.

The featured version of the TURQUA PT carbine is a model with a 61cm (24") long barrel and a red laminate stock and stock. The high profile floating varmint barrel is finished with an M18x1 thread for mounting additional muzzle devices (eg compensator or suppressor). The bolt design is a solution familiar from previous TURQUA models - a three-bolt monoblock with a low opening angle of 60 degrees, which greatly facilitates the mounting of optics and speeds up subsequent shots.The barrel is equipped with a milled 22 mm Picatinny 20 MOA rail for mounting optic, which rarely appears in a gun kit, but is standard here.The adjustable trigger allows you to choose a resistance from 0.8 to 1.6 kg.The three-stage safety allows the weapon to be unloaded when the trigger is locked.

The essential change in the TURQUA PT model is the presence of a massive stock, offering high functionality and ergonomics. In this case, it is made of laminate with a red and black coating (red version). The contoured pistol grip allows the shooter to position their wrist a certain way and lean in to fire. The thick, rubber foot with additional spacers allows you to adjust the distance from the trigger (LOP), adapting to the user's figure. Not to forget the integrated stock adjustment system (ADJ), QD mounting slots and additional M-LOK interfaces located at various places on the stock (including for mounting a bipod and additional support at the rear of the weapon).

The carbine comes with an additional magazine with a capacity of 10 rounds of .308 Winchester.
